opt for Germany granted him by art,113 of the Treaty of Tence.
X. 5. Langkjær ventures to hope that Lord Curzon would be good
enough to recommend this matter to the benevolent consideration
of the competent British authorities and to cause Fr. Teteraen':
certificate of nationality to be returned with Fis Lordship's
reply.
